SYNOPSIS
When her young son Minato starts to behave strangely, his mother feels that there is something wrong.

Discovering that a teacher is responsible, she storms into the school demanding to know what’s going on. But as the story unfolds through the eyes of mother, teacher and child, the truth gradually emerges.

Hirokazu Kore-eda

Kore-eda Hirokazu was born in Tokyo in 1962. In 1995 he made his directorial debut with MABOROSI and in 1998 his film AFTER LIVE (1998) brought him international acclaim. His films have been screened at numerous international festivals and won prizes at Cannes, among others. In 2014, he founded his own production company Bun-Buku.
