Hoping for freedom and peace, the three Afghan youths Hossein, Reza and Kaka end up stranded in Greece, a country which is broken financially and cannot cope with the numbers of refugees. For three years, the three try to escape the inhuman circumstances despite the EU\u2019s isolation policies and to get further into Western Europe. LEAVING GREECE is the very personal tale of three friends, for which escape attempts, fear and persecution are daily occurrences. In 2006 she graduated in Language, Economiccs and Cultural Studies at the University of Passau and at the University Provence Aix-Marseille. In 2006 and 2007 she worked as assisting director and assisting producer for the production company FILMQUADRAT GbR. In 2007 Brass enrolled for a \u201cDocumentaries and TV Journalism\u201d degree at Television and Film School Munich.
